Floor
    The base plate is constructed from 3mm-thick anti-slip checkered steel. The dense pattern of raised treads covering the surface provides exceptional and long-lasting anti-slip performance, while also significantly enhancing transport safety.

Container Lock
    Typically, flatbed semi-trailers are equipped with 8 or 12 container locks, enabling them to carry 20-foot or 40-foot containers.

Cross Member
    We typically select No. 10 or No. 12 channel steel for the crossbeams. These integrally formed channel beams offer superior structural support, while their dense spacing helps extend service life and enhance the stability of the semi-trailer.

Kingpin and Landing Gear
    Regarding kingpins and landing gears, we typically opt for the FUWA or JOST brands. Both are premium brands renowned for their high quality and trusted by customers, and they maintain after-sales service networks across numerous countries and regions.

Suspension
    Suspension systems are classified into mechanical suspension and air suspension. Mechanical suspension is more robust and durable, though it is somewhat heavier; air suspension has a limited load capacity, but it reduces the overall vehicle weight and features a lifting function. We can customize the system to meet your specific requirements.

Axle
    You can select the brand and load capacity of the axles: options include American-style, German-style, or oil-lubricated axles. Different regions and load requirements call for specific types of axles.

Tire and Wheel Rim
    We primarily utilize renowned tire brands-such as Linglong and Triangle-ensuring guaranteed quality. Specific tire models can be selected according to customer requirements. The rims are typically standard steel rims, though full aluminum alloy rims can also be customized upon request..

Production

   
The production is divided into 4 steps:

1.Engineer drawing
    Once you place an order with us, our engineers will design exclusive technical drawings for you; production will commence after we have confirmed the details.

 

2.Steel cutting
  Once the technical and production drawings have been finalized, skilled workers will proceed to cut the steel in accordance with the drawings.

3.Welding and assembly
    Once the steel cutting is complete, the workers will proceed with the welding and assembly of each section in accordance with the drawings.

4.Painting
    Upon completion of the overall welding process, skilled workers will subject the semi-trailer to a thorough sandblasting and rust-removal treatment, followed by the application of one coat of anti-corrosive primer and two coats of topcoat. The painting operations will be carried out within a specialized paint shop.

Packaging & Shipping

Main mode of transportation

1.Ro-Ro Ship Transport
    • The most common method, where the entire semi-trailer is towed directly onto the ship by a tractor-trailer and then removed upon arrival at the destination port.
    • Advantages: Simple operation, efficient loading and unloading, and avoids the risks associated with lifting.

2.Container Transport
    • Flatbed Containers: Generally, 40HQ container is selected for transportation, but the tail of the flatbed needs to be cut off (the buyer can weld it by himself without affecting the strength and use)
    • Advantages: Convenient for consolidation or stowage.For customers in South America, container transportation is cost-effective

3. Bulk Carrier Transport
    • The semi-trailer is craned directly onto the hold or deck of a bulk carrier.
    • Advantages: Suitable for large-volume and large-unit shipments, especially when the vessel schedule is flexible.
    • Disadvantages: Long loading and unloading times, and strict lashing requirements.

1.What's your payment terms ?
    By T/T,LC,Paypal. T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment by T/T or L/C.

2.How long is your production lead time?
    It depends on product and order quantity. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ quantity.

3.Can you do OEM and ODM for me?
    We accept all OEM and ODM orders,you just contact us and give me your design and information. we will offer you are reasonable price and make samples for you.

4.When can I get the quotation ?

5.How to transport the truck trailers?
    We mainly transport it by ro-ro ship, bulk ship or in containers and frame containers.

    Yes, We can supply the spare parts for all the semi trailers we selling. We have spare parts department professional for this. Once you need spare parts we can supply immediately.

7.How do you transport the trailers?
    There are optional transportation manners including RORO ship, bulk cargo ship,40HQ to meet your requirements.

8.Can I customize the painting and the logo?
    Yes, we offer customized logo according to customer's requirments.

9.Can you satisfy my special requirement?
    Definitely! We are direct manufacturer and we have strong producing capacity and R&D capacity! And we think about customer's demands considerately, provide professional trailer designed solutions.

10.How long do you need to finish a trailer?
    It usually takes about 20 days to finish the common low bed trailer, container trailer,skeleton trailers after confirming the order. Oil tanker trailer , bulk cement trailer and special trailer needs about 35 days.
