Floor
The floor of the flatbed semi-trailer is generally made of 3mm checkered plate, which can better prevent slipping.Can also be replaced with smooth steel plate.
Container Lock
Generally, a flatbed semi trailer is equipped with 12 container locks and can carry one 40-foot container or two 20-foot containers.
Cross Member
We generally use 10# channel steel as cross member. The one-piece channel steel has better support, and the dense cross member can increase the service life.
Kingpin and Landing Gear
We generally use the JOST Brand for kingpins and Landing Gears, as this brand offers better quality and greater customer confidence.
The types of kingpins and Landing Gears are optional:
50#/90#Kingpin,24T/28T Landing Gears.
Suspension
Suspension is divided into mechanical suspension and air suspension.
Mechanical suspension is further divided into German Type suspension and American Type suspension, which can be customized according to your requirements.
Axle
You can choose the brand and load capacity of the axle: American Type axle, German Type axle or oil-lubricated axle, etc. The best choice is the one that suits you.
Tire and Wheel Rim
The tires we often use are Linglong brand 12R22.5; the wheel rims are ordinary wheels, but we can recommend tire types based on your road conditions, and the wheel rims can also be customized as all-aluminum wheel rims.
The production is divided into 4 steps:
1.Engineer drawing
After you place an order with us, our engineers can provide you with exclusive drawings.
2.Steel cutting
More detailed drawings will be sent to the workshop, and professional workers will cut the steel according to the drawings.
3.Welding and assembly
After cutting the steel, workers will weld and assembly it according to the drawings.
4.Painting
Complete chassis sandblasting to remove rust, 1 cost for anti-corrosion primer and 2 cost for final paint.
Painting will be done in the paint shop.
Main mode of transportation
1.Ro-Ro Ship Transport
• The most common method, where the entire semi-trailer is towed directly onto the ship by a tractor-trailer and then removed upon arrival at the destination port.
• Advantages: Simple operation, efficient loading and unloading, and avoids the risks associated with lifting.
2.Container Transport
• Flatbed Containers: Generally, 40HQ container is selected for transportation, but the tail of the flatbed needs to be cut off (the buyer can weld it by himself without affecting the strength and use)
• Advantages: Convenient for consolidation or stowage.For customers in South America, container transportation is cost-effective
3. Bulk Carrier Transport
• The semi-trailer is craned directly onto the hold or deck of a bulk carrier.
• Advantages: Suitable for large-volume and large-unit shipments, especially when the vessel schedule is flexible.
• Disadvantages: Long loading and unloading times, and strict lashing requirements.

1.What's your payment terms ?
By T/T,LC,Paypal. T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment by T/T or L/C.
2.How long is your production lead time?
It depends on product and order quantity. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ quantity.
3.Can you do OEM and ODM for me?
We accept all OEM and ODM orders,you just contact us and give me your design and information. we will offer you are reasonable price and make samples for you.
4.When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote you within 8 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation,please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.
5.How to transport the truck trailers?
We mainly transport it by ro-ro ship, bulk ship or in containers and frame containers.
6.Can you supply the spare parts of this semi trailer?
Yes, We can supply the spare parts for all the semi trailers we selling. We have spare parts department professional for this. Once you need spare parts we can supply immediately.
7.How do you transport the trailers?
There are optional transportation manners including RORO ship, bulk cargo ship,40HQ to meet your requirements.
8.Can I customize the painting and the logo?
Yes, we offer customized logo according to customer's requirments.
9.Can you satisfy my special requirement?
Definitely! We are direct manufacturer and we have strong producing capacity and R&D capacity! And we think about customer's demands considerately, provide professional trailer designed solutions.
10.How long do you need to finish a trailer?
It usually takes about 20 days to finish the common low bed trailer, container trailer,skeleton trailers after confirming the order. Oil tanker trailer , bulk cement trailer and special trailer needs about 35 days.
