Electrophoretic Painting
Sandblasting and rust removal of semi trailer frame.Make the semi trailers easier to painting and less prone to peeling and rusting.
Degreasing agent is used to soak the body to remove oil and impurities.
Electrophoretic bath dipping:The semi-trailer is immersed in an electrophoretic paint tank to form a uniform, highly anti-corrosion primer through an electrochemical reaction.
Ultrafiltration washing: ensure that the body is free of residue, avoid pollution, recover excess electrophoretic paint, reduce waste.
Dry before baking: volatilize part of the solvent at room temperature to prevent bubbles during baking.
Clear the welding slag and conduct welding quality inspection on the semi-trailer.
Electrostatic powder spraying,stronger adhesion and corrosion resistance.
