Bulk Cement Tanker Semi Trailer with Pneumatic Conveying System
Powder tanker semi-trailers are mainly used for transporting bulk cement, fly ash, lime powder, mineral powder and other dry powder materials. The whole vehicle adopts a lightweight design, good sealing performance, fast unloading and low residue rate, making it the main vehicle type in the building materials transportation industry.
The trailer adopts a lightweight design concept. The tank body has undergone rigorous finite element stress analysis, resulting in a more rational structure and more stable load-bearing capacity. While ensuring strength, this effectively reduces the overall vehicle weight, improves transportation efficiency, and reduces fuel consumption.
The tank body is generally made of high-strength steel or aluminum alloy, formed by automatic welding, with uniform welds, no leakage, and excellent overall sealing performance. The interior features a scientifically arranged aeration plate, air tank, and conical hopper structure, which facilitates smoother airflow, good material fluidization, fast unloading speed, and low residual material rate.
When used with a high-flow-rate air compressor (12m³/14m³/16m³), the entire vehicle can achieve a stable and continuous pneumatic conveying and unloading process, with an average unloading speed of 1-1.5 tons/minute.

1.Unloading System
The system employs pneumatic conveying for unloading, with a high-flow-rate air compressor supplying air to the tank to fully fluidize the powder before it is rapidly discharged through pipelines.
The tank bottom features an aeration plate and a conical hopper structure, ensuring uniform airflow distribution, preventing clogging, and resulting in fast unloading and minimal residue.
The entire system consists of pressure-resistant pipelines, ball valves, safety valves, and a standard discharge port. It is simple to operate, safe, and reliable, with an average unloading speed of 1-1.5 tons per minute.
2.Tank Body
The tank body is integrally welded from high-strength steel or aluminum alloy, resulting in a lightweight, high-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant structure.
All tank welds are completed using automated welding processes, ensuring excellent sealing and preventing leakage. The surface is sandblasted to remove rust and coated with weather-resistant paint, enhancing its long-term corrosion resistance.
3.Suspension and Axle
Equipped with a high-strength suspension system, with options for mechanical or air suspension. Suspension links and brackets are made of thickened steel, offering impact resistance and a long service life.
Axles are available from brands such as FUWA/BPW/other famous brand, offering high load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and reliability. They are paired with high-precision brake drums and an ABS braking system for sensitive braking and safer operation.
4.Kingpin and Landing Gear
Employing 50# or 90# standard kingpin, forged from high-strength alloy steel, these pins offer superior wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, compatible with various standard towing seats to ensure safe and reliable towing connections.
The landing gear utilize dual-speed mechanical landing gears, featuring a robust structure and smooth lifting, allowing for easy operation under both no-load and heavy-load conditions. Internal gears are reinforced for wear and impact resistance, ensuring high load-bearing capacity. Available from JOST, FUWA, or domestic brands.
5.Brake System
Adopt WABCO brand dual-circuit air braking system, which provides rapid response and stable braking. It is equipped with high-quality brake valves, air chambers, brake drums or disc brakes to ensure high-efficiency braking performance.
