Efficient refrigeration system
    Adopting internationally renowned brand refrigeration units, such as the American Carrier or Thermo King, it provides strong refrigeration capacity with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5ºC and supports a wide temperature range from -20ºC to +10ºC. It is suitable for various cold chain goods, ensuring the freshness and safety of food and medicines.

High-performance thermal insulation materials
    The carriage is divided into zones using high-density polyurethane foam materials of different thicknesses, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K), which effectively reduces heat transfer and maintains a constant temperature inside the carriage. A seamless bonding technology is adopted between the outer wall and the inner wall to prevent the cold bridge effect and minimize energy consumption.

Robust and durable structure
    The trailer frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy or food-grade stainless steel, with its surface treated with anti-corrosion spraying, which has strong weather resistance, can adapt to the high-humidity coastal environment and extreme climates. The carriage floor is made of non-slip aluminum alloy checkered plate, which has strong load-bearing capacity and is easy to clean.

Advanced Air Suspension System
    Equipped with high-performance air suspension, combined with automatic air pressure adjustment technology, it reduces vibrations and impacts during transportation, protects fragile goods (such as vaccines and precision instruments) from damage, and adapts to complex road conditions, such as mountainous areas or uneven roads.

Safety guarantees
    Equipped with ABS anti-lock braking system or EBS electronic brake distribution system to improve driving safety; reflective strips and warning lights are installed on the exterior of the carriage to ensure safe transportation at night.
